Welcome to Zoop. These Terms govern your access to and use of Zoop's CRM platform and services at zoop.pro.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Zoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use payment or payout features, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement.

2. Tenant Responsibility

Zoop is a multi-tenant CRM. Each business account ("tenant") is responsible for its own users, billing setup, and data. You may not access or interfere with other tenants' data or operations.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or data access restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use Zoop for illegal purposes
  • Breach security or scan for vulnerabilities
  • Abuse APIs or bypass usage limits
  • Misrepresent your identity
5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Non-payment or unresolved billing issues
6. Disclaimers

Zoop is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or availability. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zoop is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Business losses or lost profits
  • Third-party outages or failures

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of any changes.
